•  The equipment adopts a fully enclosed ten-station turntable, and the upper and lower modules adopt a double-row 18- hole arrangement design.

• The turntable adopts airtight technology, and the inside of the turntable is filled with gas, so that there is a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the turntable, and the powder outside the turntable cannot enter the inside of the turntable.

•  Lower the center of gravity of the transmission mechanism, significantly reduce the vibration when the equipment is running, and greatly improve the stability and service life of the machine.

• The transmission cams are all grooved cams instead of the traditional external cams, which increases the transmission force and reduces mechanical failures caused by vibration and spring fatigue.

• The automatic lubricating system automatically lubricates each transmission part at regular intervals to reduce the pollution caused by manual operation.

• The interface of the feeding part adopts standard clamps, which is more convenient for loading, unloading and cleaning.

• The cleaning and bag-out stations have visual glass, which is convenient for observing the running status of the machine.

• Intelligent remote control of the main machine, when the mold is dismantled and washed or the test run after equipment maintenance, the hand-held remote control controls the jogging and test machine, which is easy to operate and safe for personnel.
